Practice Merger

BACK TO HOME

Dear Patients, Families and Friends,

Thank you for all your ongoing support of our practice and patience especially at this time when the NHS is under significant pressure.

We wanted to take this opportunity to inform you of some exciting news. The Crane and Old School Surgeries are going to merge! This will come into effect from April 1 2023.

Functioning as one practice will allow us to work together more cohesively to provide you all with the best care we can.  We hope that this will improve access to a wider range of services, such as dispensing and a larger clinical team of more nurses and GPs reducing waiting times for all.

We know many of you have been our loyal patients for a long time and want to reassure you that you are not losing your familiar faces. Dr Harry and Dr Hindmarsh will continue to practice and see patients but the days and times they work may change. Dr Karthika Shanmuganathan and Dr Aniket Nadgir will be joint Partners in the new merged practice.  They will benefit from the continuing support, experience and continuity provided by Dr Hindmarsh and Dr Harry as well as the rest of our excellent non-clinical team.

We are all very excited about our extended community and look forward to our patients continuing to enjoy the benefits of a friendly and caring country practice.

As with all change we are sure to have some teething issues so we kindly request your patience and continue to rely on your ongoing support and understanding at this time.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
