Planned Closure
Old School Surgery will be closed from 12:30pm on Wednesday 8th July for Protected Learning Time (PLT) staff training.
We will reopen on Thursday 9th July from 08:30am.
During this time, the practice team will be undertaking essential training to help improve and maintain patient care and services.
If you require urgent medical assistance whilst we are closed, please contact NHS 111 or visit 111.nhs.uk. In a medical emergency, please call 999.
The practice will reopen as normal the following morning.
