New Opening Hours
We recently hosted a consultation with our PPG to highlight the strain on services and pressures we are facing as a practice.
Following this we have requested and have been granted approval to close at lunchtime.
This will help our team greatly with processing the morning's workload and continue with practice activities as well as ensuring that we are able to care for our team's wellbeing.
These changes will take effect from 1 September 2024.
The surgery will close from 12.30pm to 2pm Monday to Friday.
When we are closed any urgent calls be made to the practice mobile which will be posted on the website with more information about what to do when we are closed.
We also request that all medication enquiries and pick ups occur after 2pm to allow the Dispensary and Reception teams time to prepare these and deal with urgent enquiries in the mornings when we are at our busiest.
We will of course be dispensing urgent medication as usual.
