We have been advised that Old School Surgery may experience a temporary loss of water supply this afternoon.
To ensure the safety of everyone visiting the practice, we kindly ask patients not to attend the surgery in person this afternoon unless necessary.
What You Need to Know:
- Appointments: If you have an urgent medical need, please contact us by phone first before travelling to the surgery. Our clinical team will triage your request accordingly - Anima remains open as usual.
- Routine Enquiries: For general queries, prescription requests, or non-urgent bookings, please use our online services or call back on Monday when normal service is expected to resume.
- Updates: We will provide further updates via our website as soon as we have confirmation from the South East Water.
